Situation

The client is tasked with the re-configuration of national electromagnetic radio spectrum allocation. This will involve the migration of existing broadcast services to facilitate the subsequent expansion of next generation (4G/5G) mobile network communications in the released spectrum.

Task

This is a very complex programme, and requires precision analytics of the existing, transitional and final broadcast transmission configurations. It requires the co-ordination of multiple agencies, broadcasters, suppliers and a considerable number of highly skilled engineering teams tasked with generating the very large volume of information required for successful project delivery.

Results

Creation of an overall project data and information dashboard environment tasked with providing easy to interpret and up to date analysis of roll out progression. Inherent project workflow governance facilities provide integrated communication for update and approval notification requirements.
