Situation

Client had several years of automatic, machine generated information relating to services they provide to customers. Thousands of records would be generated, but due to the format and inaccessibility it took a large amount of time and effort to be able to perform meaningful analysis

Task

Volume of data combined with the complexity meant causal review was impossible. Graphical Data extracted the data and cleansed it to make it human readable, then created a number of analytics dashboards which could be overlayed on top of the data set

Results

Graphical Data saved the client a large amount of time and effort, allowing them to review and query the data like never before and to have the results presented in visual, easy to interpret formats. Client was able to extract meaningful reports on the customers activity and thereby offer them a better, more refined service offering.
