Following a merger a number of business units with different structures needed integration. There were issues implementing a common project governance framework across various units and work streams.
Graphical Data analysed the practice diversity, source documents and repositories and the KPIs and milestone objectives. A review was also made of organisational communications, governance notifications and approvals. Graphical Data created and implemented a suitable workflow model with a common governance environment via ILLUMINATOR and presented at a glance dashboards with progression tracking
The client was able to continue to use existing system but have a common governance for use by all workstreams. This was enhanced by automatic project tracking and document Management and approval control and the dashboard reporting provided 'latest version' for Reference by all teams. The time and cost savings more than covered the investment in the tool set.
